Change in Treatment
Chris had to have a change in treatment. We got a call yesterday saying that Chris' platelets were too low, (this means his blood won't clot and this could cause a brain bleed) Chemo had to be stopped and will not begin again till platelets are under control. He had 5 units of platelets today. We were thankful he didn't need to have more yet. He needs to be checked every day for this till things level off. We had hoped for at least this first round of treatment (chemo and radiation) to go well. Know that God has things under control. One day at a time! :~)

Please post about the benefit Saturday night, would love to hear how it went, which i'm sure was a huge Sucess!!! I was thinking of you all day wondering how the benefit was going wishing I was there to be part of it. Chris you and your family have been in our daily thoughts and prayers.....not only ours but our church members have been keeping you in their prayers as well. There are 12 people here in Yakima Washington wearing your bracelet, would be more but that's all that was sent to me:) It continues to amaze me how many generous people are out there willing to help out in any way they can. So many prayers, and good thoughts have been going out to you. All I know of you and your family is what Rob and Colleen have told us, and you have touched my life and heart in a way that I feel i know you. Take care and know that so many are praying for you and your family.
GOD bless.....and I'm anxious to hear about Saturday.
